Crispy Bourbon Glazed Salmon from How Sweet It Is

Last night, we made Jessica’s crispy bourbon glazed salmon and oh! wow! It was so delicious. I was a little worried about the bourbon glaze since I could still smell the bourbon after it had reduced, but you couldn’t taste it at all and it was the perfect compliment to the crispy (on the outside) broiled salmon. I’ll definitely be making this again.
