Okay, so this was my first semi-attempt at making a style post. But Man! Posing is sooo awkward. Especially before my happy hour wine. Do fashion bloggers get a little buzzed first? Or practice a lot in the mirror? Or just have mad confidence? I don’t know, but when I don’t smile, I look pissed off. I should practice my “casual face”. Or drink more wine. Probably both.
Anyway, we took these a couple days ago when we went to visit Neil’s mom in her new (rad) apartment and then cruise through her new (rad) neighborhood. We had appetizers at a cute little french place, followed by some sushi, and finished it all off with gelato. All I know is that escargot may be my new favorite thing to eat and peanut vanilla gelato comes in a close second.

Hahaha, this is great. I totally get the awkward posing thing. It is definitely hard. From what I have read from a lot of bloggers, they take their own photos using a tripod and they attempt to take it in a semi-private place. That seems like a good way to get your “poses” down and then maybe work your way into having Neil take the pics out in more public areas? Or just keep doing what you are doing. Looks good
