A few days ago, Neil and I were driving around LA and we weren’t fighting. This is HUGE for us because since we moved here, pretty much anytime we get in the car, we fight. About driving. Specifically, our driving styles. They are very different.
So we’re driving, and not fighting, and as we pass by an Urban Outfitters I see this great mexican blanket draped over a table and yelled “that would be perfect for that random chair in the corner with the ratty black chenille blanket that we were using as a drape before it got thrown on the chair!”. To which Neil responded, “oh yeah, we really need to do something about that”.
I came home, looked up the blanket, immediately felt guilty about purchasing the blanket from Urban Outfitters, and then turned to Etsy. I ended up getting completely distracted when I found serape clip-on bow-ties and this serape reversible vest. How cute are these?
As for the blanket, I suppose we’ll get one someday.

Seriously, this is going to sound weird but most Truck Stops sell serape’s for like $9.99. I don’t know why they’re a “trucker thing” but I’ve seen stacks of them on more then one occasion.
