My friends are coming into LA this weekend and I wanted to make a special little treat for them. When I saw these raw date truffles on the Sweet Thing blog, I knew exactly what to do. The only thing I did differently was I made one batch of the original and another smaller batch where I subbed out the cocoa for coconut (for the non-chocolate lovers). Now we’re just trying not to peek into the fridge and eat them all before Sunday.
