My new years resolution to make one new recipe a week is, well, kinnnnnda coming along. Most weeks I consider it a new recipe if I throw different ingredients into a pasta dish. Always with butter. Always with pecorino cheese. Not last night, though. Last night we tried another one of Jenna’s recipes, the Grilled Balsamic Chicken with Mozzarella and Pesto. It was easy enough, and I think when we make it again and don’t overcook the chicken, it’s gonna be a really solid dish.
